All Level - Tues 6:30-8:00pm / Wed 6:30-7:15pm / Thur 6:45-8:15pm / Sat 10:15-11:15am
Advanced - Sat 9:45-10:15am

Train in Northern Long Fist (Changquan) and Shaolin Kung Fu. Covers techniques, self-defense, forms, applications, sparring and weapons.

Age appropriate martial art instruction. Additional focus on self-confidence, anti-bully tactics, physical coordination, safety awareness, motor skill development, social interaction, self-discipline and mental focus.

KALI FIT Cardio & Conditioning
(private lesson)
Total body workout designed to increase overall fitness. Intense interval training with rotating focus on cardio. strength, flexibility, agility and core development. Drills based on Filipino escrima and boxing.

Qigong
(PRIVATE LESSON)
Gentle but challenging exercises to increase blood flow, range of motion, relaxation and overall health.

sparring / sELF-DEFENSE / WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE
(PRIVATE LESSON)
Straight forward self defense. Effective martial techniques based on instinctive movements. Learn to protect yourself in multiple situations, build the skills to end a confrontation.
